How are the classes structured?
We use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to reach your maximum effort training zone during a specific workout.
HIIT improves your cardiovascular fitness and maximizes calorie burn.
We begin the class with a warm up, followed by a 3 set circuit with 6-8 exercises, then cool down and stretch.
What’s the overall goal?
To develop strength, agility, core and speed. Get ready to push yourself to your limit, but we encourage you to work at your own pace.
