Joint Health Workshop is about day-to-day things we can do to keep our joints healthy and improve their longevity.
You will learn; how our joints have evolved over time, methods to mitigate the risk of injuries, and improve joint mobility.
The goal of this workshop is to give the participant principles rather than specific exercises that can be applied daily. The workshop contains both an education portion and an activity portion where participants will be able to practice movements discussed.
Participants should come dressed in comfortable clothes.
The workshop will be hosted by QubeCore’s Chiropractor, Dr. Kamran Eghtesad and is open to the public.
