Class: Butts n’ Guts
Time: Friday Nights @ 7:00pm with Negin Abedi

Description: In this 60 minute class we will strengthen and tone the core area of the body including your abs, back, and butt! Strong glute muscles are extremely important as these muscles can have a major impact on your overall body strength, since your glutes support your core. In this class you will challenge your entire core to help you have better balance, better posture, and even help reduce back pain. We will focus on functional movements which will help you improve your power, strength, and stabilization.
